NLP Techniques

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming: “neuro” referring to the mind and how we think. "Linguistic" is referring to language: both verbal and non verbal-it is how we use our language and how it affects us. "Programming" refers to the human ability to organize knowledge and experiences in order to achieve our goals.

NLP is the art of changing in order to create a more successful outcome. People respond according to their senses, beliefs and past experiences. The content of our internal picture makes our map of the world, it’s the way each person experiences it, not necessarily reality itself.

NLP helps us to extent the map of our experiences and beliefs so that more choices are created. The choices we make generate behavior towards our desired outcome and/or positive intention; which then results in a life the feels good.
